Thanks for your reply - Ive tried long pressing the Print Label button, nothing comes up. Yes, I always save it to Google Drive, but the image of the label is too small on the page. After months of trying different things, I get the feeling that the pdf is not downloading correctly from the ebay...

I've had good luck with Google Drive and Google Docs.
