I disabled "simple pay" all three options, which would disallow the cards to be pulled up from lock screen, home screen, etc. However, I still see the card on the "lock screen", and can bring up Sam Pay screen. Must be a bug? I don't want to be so quick to pull out my credit cards. :-)

Yes, this is with Verizon. I noticed a significant battery drain since the Vz update + S Pay a couple of days ago. I turned off "Simple Pay" option which lets you swipe upward from any screen to see if it makes any difference....

I don't understand why the carriers should be a part of the Samsung pay eco system. Why can't the carriers just be bypassed? Isn't it just between me, the bank, and samsung? Just like how we do online banking without Comcast as a middle man, for example. Posted via the Android Central App

rich250, I want to reset and reflash ICS just like you did. I think I know how to reset on the phone, but how do you reflash? Kies program is telling me that the note is on the latest firmware, and there is no option to flash the same version one more time.
