I've had this turbo for 24 hours, and it seems like the LCD is leaking. The screen isn't cracked, just lots of purple specs covering my screen, which is growing worse. Can i send this in for a replacement?

Literally had my Turbo for 24 hours now. I was at the movies last night, and it fell out of my pocket. Checked the screen, and everything was fine. When I woke up and checked my phone the next morning, there were blue and purple specs covering my phone, and is continuing to get worse. Whats...
