Don't know if it means my English sucks or the phone refuse to hear that correctly It keeps mishearing the phrase, no matter how many time i tries (which is >10 mins of consecutive swearing and repeating) (tested saying same thing with google search, took 1 attempt for it to get the phrase...

Same thing happened to me, but somewhat more frequently It only happens when i was trying to run an app (specifically zenonia 5), but it failed to run and causes brief lag. If the screen were to be turned off then sometimes it goes black when i turn it back on, only for half a min or so though
