having the same issue with my note 2 yesterday it kept freezing then today its been repeatedly booting on and off and wont go past the sprint logo until i plug it into charger then its fine. as soon as i unplug it, it shuts off and repeatedly on and off till i pull battery. battery was at 80 %...
