For anyone with note 4. You need to turn off side key panel. Pull down the notification bar, click on the 4 boxes icon in top right corner and then find side key panel and turn off. I was 1 day away from going to iPhone...lol.....I'm glad I fixed it. Turn off aNY dual screen pull outbar it...
