My z2 wont update anymore even tho my carrier and country has rolled out the new lollipop a awhile ago I havnt even got the 4.4.4 yet either not sure what to do

HI I have a xperia z2 on the Bell network and maybe a week ago a bell Rep told me I should recieve the update in a day or two but have yet to see that happen but some poeple I know on Bell have the update is my device just faulty? Please let me know if you have recieved the update
