Cool, That worked for me on a Samsung Galaxy J2, after 45 minutes of trying other ideas. I am a bit curious to know what all that data was on the three Phone apps, as the phone logs and Contacts still exist. But nothing else had cleared that spurious Voicemail Alert in the Notifications bar...
