I think the 'flat' phone link that was posted is referring to the SM-G8850. A sepetate device altogether.... Was initially rumoured to an S9/S9+ hybrid but now looking like a 6.3" flat screen but NOT the Note - so no S Pen etc.

This is simple.... If you have to wait until July anyway, then you wait until the Note 9 is announced (July or August). Once you have confirmed specs to compare, THEN you make a decision as to whether to buy the S9+ or wait another month for the Note 9. At the moment you're trying to decide...
