Hi, thanks again for replies. I ended up using a remote control airplane battery chargerand set it up for the Samsung battery with alligator clips! feel so relieved can now recover data from ithe, learned a lot, and saved some cash finstead of using anothwr battery from another Samsung!

Hi, my Samsung A70 won't charge via USB. A tech repair store said they tested with swapped USB port board, battery, and port board to main board cable and still doesn't work. Next suggestion was some main board work may help but at a price I'm not willing to pay. So, turns out for some reason...
