I use Thumb Keyboard... I used it for about 5 minutes and once i got used to it (which didnt take long) was hooked. Made a massive improvement in typing speed for me. Originally started using it on my Xoom and when I got my TB Thursday I gave it a try and find it to be the best keyboard for me...
