SteelSeries Stratus XL is by far the best I have used for a mobile platform and works perfect with the S7 Edge and Gear VR. I have had no issues with it as of receiving it 3/1/16 used with S6 Edge. Once I received the S7 Edge and VR from Best Buy on 3/7/16 linked up and still not negative feedback.

The primary number is what is used. Once it is set you should see the device and a link for "Activate NumberSync" or "Sync this Device." Once you see that link you will input the NumberSync code from the watch and it takes about 20 seconds.

The new charging block is 5.2v where as all previous are 5v. The cable will not matter as much as long as you are still using the 5.2v block it came with. The USB 3.0 is for fast data transfer (pictures, music, video, etc...).

Not sure if anyone has posted about this but it might be just me. The Galaxy Gear gen1 watch manager and its software eats a lot of battery almost 50% of on wake time.
