Also, this Warning Camera Failed is some sort of glitch, not seen in an overall aspect of many s5 users, and may be related to a ROM issue. So, it very well may be, until an update or some sort is released to fix, that this could be permanent.

Here are a couple of solutions that hopefully may work..... Hold power button and home button at the same time approx. 7 seconds until device powers off. Go into settings, application manager, camera app, clear data and clear cache. Power off device, then hold power, volume up, and home button...
