    How would I flash it myself? I'm new to the Android phones. Is there a program I can download to do this? Can I go straight to 4.3 or do I have to go one by one with the updates?

    I can't seem to find the usb driver software for the phone online and it will not connect via usb to the computer Android 4.1.1 Build Number JRO03E Can someone help me with this?
