I am having the same issue on my Pixel 5 and same issue on my Pixel 1. Was this ever resolved if so what was the solution. This issue is now three days old, I have done all that is mentioned in this chat.

Have done multiple factory resets, uninstalled google updates, dropped out of the beta version. Called and submitted a ticket with google. Anyone have a clue how to fix this

Google finally got it right. This phone is everything it should be and still has the best camera. I tried to drain the battery yesterday and could not kill it. I made the right decision getting rid of my S20 and coming back to the Pixel
