I also have the dual sim variant. In my former Note 8 (dual sim) I used an SD card with a stick-up second SIM. When I placed this SD card in my Note9, I got a message that something strange was in de SIM card slot and this message blocked futher use of the phone.... I'm very disappointed by this...
