Same issue with intermittent messages not sending/receiving. Network doesn't matter, apparently as I have this issue with people on AT&T and Verizon. Indeed, having them on my plan doesn't seem to matter since the highest sender/receiver of messages to/from me is my girlfriend who is on my plan...
