My Droid turbo 2 has a piece of the black plastic that surrounds the front screen that has cracked off (the bezel?). Is this easily replaceable? The screen is fine, it has a tempered glass protector. Not sure how long I'll keep the phone as it has the nasty habit of going from 20% to shutting...

I'm taking a risk and turning in my phone for it's design refresh. Battery life is shorter, it runs hot sometimes and is not responding as quickly. Not sure if it's Nougat, age or apps so I'm going to hope I don't get a lemon. I had the Verizon flexible glass protector on it for 18 months now...

Pac757, was yours a warranty replacement or a design refresh? Design refresh doesn't seem like something a work issued phone would have simply because I don't see companies letting employees have that much freedom with their phones.

I still don't get it. What is "mounting"? Is there a procedure? When I first got my SD card I just popped out the holder and put the card in the phone and was prompted as to whether i want to transfer my media to it. Is it now mounted or not? Can't I just pop it out to use in an sd card reader...
