It happens to me too. As I understand it, the latest system update caused it.

I don't see it on my Verizon S4. I'm using Google Android manager. Since I've got insurance, I'd just wipe it, report it, then pay my deductable *sigh*

I'm on Verizon and I have those modes in my video settings. I'm also on the same base band and Android version as you. There's something else going on. Edited to add: to clarify, I have those options in "recording mode"...is that what you mean? Because I can't find "playback" settings...
