ty for replying,, my daughter did that already an it didnt help... this morning it did slide over but it froze after that..its almost like the touch screen is stuck.. i have wiped it several times.... im at a loss :'(

Can someone help me.. my phone keeps freezing as i start it up. wont let you slide to unlock...and if it does it just keep flipping to different things,, i cannot click to change anything,,, i did get in once an reset to factory but now its froze again.,. any help please?? thanks
