    No insurance :( Did not think to get it.. Next time. I will go back to them but it said no refunds on LCD. Not sure what I can do if the phone is defective. This sucks. Thanks Samsung!! They were no help either

    Av, Did you ever get this issue resolved? My Samsung Note 4 is doing the same thing. I was told by numerous cell phone stores to get a new LCD screen ($300) and that would solve the problem. Well it did not solve it... My phone has a new screen. Still doing it. Very frustrating
