I've been having this same problem. I can't tell you why or when it starts but today I couldn't get a wi-fi connectiln to save my life on my Samsung S4. I pulled down the settings menu and I turned off the wi-fi and turned it back on and it resolved the whole mess connecting immediately.

Are you kidding? What's the point of the cloud if you are not pulling those names as needed? Instead of online you are making it a batch process.

Just got a Samsung Galaxy S3 from Credo yesterday. I really wanted the S2 Note but when they offered the S3 for at no charge and unlimited data I just couldn't pass it up. Now I just gotta figure out how to get around which is slightly different from my Google Nexus 7.
