I don't use it now but have used it in the past. Thunderbird syncs email, calendar nicely, and if I am not mistaken, it now has a way to sync contacts also.

Awesome app, love it so far ( 1 hour lol) Filled a nice gap. Love the auto download thingy too. My 2 cents: Maybe the instructions you poseted for making ones own greeting should be in the welcome email.

I didn't sign up for fav fives and the app was on my phone already and works if I know what it is supposed to do. It sets up your fav fives for you. YOu pick five contacts and it dials them for you, is that how it is supposed to work?

Hey the messy contacts thing is not relegated to only the G1. When I went from Palm to WM at work I ended up importing the biggest glob of mess via exchange and outlook. I had over 2500 entries. Thing thing about the iphone, in 3 months I never managed to have any syncing of any entries...

It would be perfect for the G-1, if I am using the G-1 mounted in my car for navigating or listening to music, I virtual keyboard would be great. I look forward to it. i don't multitouch my iphone keyboard when I type, I don't get the reason.
