    Power button turns screen off but then immediately screen turns back on

    My power button started to malfunction a couple weeks ago. The problem was solved after it took a violent fall. I guess the power button was stuck. There are some do it yourself videos on youtube if you are unable to get a replacement phone.

    Display while on call

    Check to see if proximity sensor is turned on for calls. Goto the dialer> menu button> call settings> auto screen off during calls.

    Can't delete an extra home screen issue

    I would try rebooting the phone. If that doesn't work, try settings>manage apps> touch wiz home, then clear data and cache. The second option sucks because you will have to set up your homescreen(s) again. Or you could try a different launcher. I use nova and it's quite nice.

    I only have this happen when I get text messages from one person and they have an ancient flip phone. It never happened until the JB update.

    No need to download task manager, it's already there. Just hold down the home for a couple seconds and you will see an option to select it.
