Your post prompted me to try something. I set a default Samsung ringtone and a separate Samsung notification tone. Same results. For a phone call coming in and a received text message both have the notification sound.

Hi all I have a S26 Ultra. Under Setting >Ringtone and Setting>Notification sound I have two separate sounds selected. Trouble is, when someone calls the ringtone defaults to the Notification sound. I do not get the selected Ringtone sound at all no matter who calls. Solutions?
