I'm having exact same problem on Pioner FH-P800BT. Had this stereo for almost 6 years. I've paired iPhone 3G, Droid X, and Droid RAZR Maxx up to it with no issues. I can either get BT Audio or Phone to connect, but never both. Anyone figure anything out for this?
FYI, there have been ways in the past to trick your phone into getting an update earlier than it wants. So while you can't "force" it, there may be a certain set of steps that will make it available.
USB doesn't just adapt to ethernet. At best you'll need some converter, and in that case its going to be USB>Ethernet>USB. If you did that, it would probably be okay because you won't be affected by the really high latency times there's going to be.
How many times do you need to turn the crank on the front of your car before trying to start it?
New rechargeable batteries are a completely different technology than the ones in the past. You can't compare the two.
i had this happen a couple years ago when I had an iPhone on ATT. Just call up the technical support, and tell them what's up. They should be able to fix you up.
