No other apps. As far as contacting them, they have no answers. I was hoping someone here would be able to crack this dilemma. App optimization is off

They say it is. That's all I know. They are not very helpful. I would think this is a big problem, but maybe they just haven't sold many of them to improve their app.

Hello, I have a new iBright camera/floodlight. It worked great on my S8. Since my new S20fe I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I go to a different app, or take a call etc. No joy from iBright, they have terrible CS. Again, it worked great on the S8. Any help here would be great.
