You'd most likely be sent a refurb...a friend just had a replacement sent to them from VZW and it was clearly refurbished.

I've been using Go Launcher with little to no problems since I got my OG Tab, I prefer it to the stock interface too. Weird problems you've been having, have you updated to Gingerbread? What else is running?

try calling CS and see if they can push the update to you...probably a long shot but who knows. I only suggest it because I was looking for a way to force the update and my google-fu came up empty.

The front camera and Skype is odd, seems like it is zoomed and very low quality. Then again, when I just checked the camera in 'self-shot' mode it looked just as bad.

I saw that...can't really understand how you make it worse than it was before but they did it.

I noticed that as well but I checked to make sure that it would reboot correctly and the marketplace updated...that might help for you as well.

Got it finally, oddly enough I have a non-rooted, on a data plan and still had a problem with it loading (stuck at VZW boot screen). Ended up doing a factory restore and reloading all my apps.

I haven't heard or read of any widespread problems with the Sprint update and the people I know who have updated their Sprint 7" tabs haven't had any problems.

Do you have the gingerbread update? I'm stuck with froyo and VZW, no good video chat for me.
