    Make sure your "block notifications" is not on. When you swipe down the screen, it's the one in the middle (where you can see whether is paired with bluetooth, adjust light settings, etc).

    Make sure your "block notifications" is not on. When you swipe down the screen, it's the one in the middle (where you can see whether is paired with bluetooth, adjust light settings, etc). My friend had that problem, and I was able to fix it :)
