I have the exact same problem. Anytime the phone wakes up with a notification or i wake it up, it sets off a laser alert on my radar detector. Quite annoying.

Don't like the clock moving to the left of the notification bar. A lot of my notification sounds got messed up, had to change them all again. Overall not bad, but doesn't seem like much of an upgrade to Oreo.
