Shipping information just came through on mine (ATT Blue 512). Friday between 2 and 6. Really wish they had overnight instead of 2 day, but at least I get it before the weekend, I guess.

Surprising that I just got my ATT paperwork email and the return label email for my Note 8, but still nothing in the way of shipping information. Oh, well. We will see what happens the rest of the day. At least there is now movement from them.

So, my ATT Blue 512 order just updated to preparing on the BB site. Nothing showing up in FedEx/UPS apps though as far as printed shipping labels. Take it for what you will. Update: They also charged my card, despite them saying they would charge once I received it in an earlier chat.

I ordered my 512 the minute that the page went live and still says preordered. I did go back and look at my order of the note 8 from last year and it still says preparing to ship. I guess their website might have a few bugs. Still not happy with no info whatsoever.

I'm beginning to wish that I'd ordered through ATT since it seems that all of the ones from there are getting updated with Preparing to Ship and tracking numbers.

I kind of thought that too when I got that reply as to why my card hadn't been charged. I also found the by Aug 24th to be the standard answer that they send out. I hopped on chat more because last year the charge hit my card 2-3 days before anything changed on the status/shipping went out.

Just got off chat with BB and this is what I was told. Ordered mine on the 9th (ATT Blue 512) as soon as the page went live. "You will receive the phone by August 24, 2018. It will be shipped before the release date and the shipping details including tracking number will be sent to your email...
