    I really don't think that it's a hardware problem and the problem is just the opposite of what you said my device thinks that there is no user application memory when in fact there is plenty of available memory. I just need to find some way to fix the data partition without completely installing...

    I've already thrown away all of the packaging besides it's only a simple software issue and I'm already rooted so there should be some quick fix unless it's a partition issue which I believe it is.
