i have all of that off.

because i want it to vibrate while im not at work. when i leave the office for the day, i clear out the icon and then it alerts me when i get a new mail in the evening.

your problem sounds similar to mine! i factory reset on saturday and my battery life is back to crap already. :( how about you?

i'm having the same problems. I did a factory reset and it was good for a day and now back to the nonexistant battery life. :(

i wanted to enable the download button, so i: went into messaging, hit the left soft button (menu button?) > settings > find auto-retrieve and put a check in there (I unchecked because i wanted to get the download button) hopefully that helps.
