Thank you so much!! No one mentioned putting the volume all the way down. It works!!:D

I've been using Kies to backup and it works fine. I found that when you select individual files, like photos, and back up to Kies, it works. then go on to music separately, and back up. The smaller files, like email account information and preferences can be backed up at the same time...
