I had the same problem. Sent it back and ordered another one. We'll see if that one has the same problem.

I looked up the Google Play Store, and it had 2 separate process groups listed as running. The one had 5-6 sub-processes, while the other one only had GoogleAnalytics (or close to that). I figured it was the two different groups fighting between themselves, etc. I killed the GoogleAnalytics...

Re: Wifi password not saving I can confirm the 9 character wifi password limit. Just got off the line with the support reps at Verizon. They said HTC is aware of the problem, and that they are worling on a fix for it.
