Got mine today. First Verizon store try got turned down pretty quick. Guy claimed that the SKU's wouldn't match because it came straight from Samsung. Hoping to stop at another store this week

My label was generated late Wednesday afternoon, and package picked up late this afternoon, to be delivered tomorrow. Samsung Status page still says Delivery date is pending.

a BBB claim for a slow rebate from a 3rd party admin? I am not pleased that it's taking longer than expected either, but really? To each his own, I guess.

Unless it's passed the label created stage, you'll probably not get it on that date

Did you get the bluetooth only version? the 3G/contract version is normally 349

Seems like they have more stock of the Gear S2, and may be waiting for replenished supply of the Gear VR

Finally got one of my two devices to show up in FedEx with a tracking number. (one VR, one Gear S2) Both originally Submitted 3/12, and to re-submit on 3/14 due to location code issue. The VR was approved on 3/22, with expected ship date 4/30. The Gear S2 was approved 4/7, no expected ship date...

Do you know what they actually had to do to make the return/exchange happen? I'm wondering if I might be able to exchange it for a moto 360 instead.

Delivery is listed as 6-8 weeks...

I did.. but how is it going to know what package to look for??
