    Backup photos not working from Google+

    Confirming that this is a bug in 4.4.2. Just to note my access point was *not* marked as a mobile hotspot in Data Manager (and toggling that setting had no effect.) As soon as I switched over to "Wifi or mobile" backup started working, with only a Wifi connection present.
