My Fire Phone s on H2O wireless, and voice, data and MMS all work.

Yes. I can write to and from USB memory.

I have Verizon ver. 173.4.20.falcon_cdma.Verizon.en.US with KitKat 4.4.2. USB OTG works fine on it using ES File Explorer. Haven't tried streaming though.

I had this problem earlier today....no update...rooted...stock ROM. I restored to an earlier backup and no longer have the problem.
