So I recently got a replacement HTC one m8, due to a problem with my charger corroding the usb port basically. I was just wondering if my charger which was for my old droid razr, which is (input: 100-240v~50/60Hz .2A, output: 5.1v=750mA) would work okay. I don't really know what any of the means...

Okay I did a factory reset, and it seems to be working fine now battery wise. But, should this be reason for concern to come up again for me. I do not want to have to constantly be messing with resets etc.

Yeah but up until yesterday the battery life has been great. Would it make sense for it to be a hardware defect or would it have been bad from when I first got the phone?
