You now swipe from the far right edge of the lockscreen to get to the camera. If you swipe from the left edge in, you get a quick launcher called "bezel apps"

Careful about flashing back to 4.1.2, as XDA states you could end up w/ a bricked phone.

I had installed the 4.3 Camera w/ photosphere prior to updating to 4.3 from 4.1.2, so I don't think it was included in this recent update. I think the 4.3 update only added voice control to the stock camera app, which looks exactly the same as back on 4.1.2. I had gotten it from the XDA forums...
