If your using any kind of the launcher, you have to make sure the launcher under the phones settings has accessibility is on, this fixed the issue for me.

Yesterday. Finally got my replacement, purchased at Target originally, went down to At&t Store, they called up Target saw they had none in stock, walked out less than 30 with new phone. Also got to keep accessories.

Although I want to agree, Target wont get any lawsuits, as Samsung and the carriers already sent messages and warnings telling you to turn off the device. And after the recent update, this just covers their butts even more. But of course no reports of the note 7 incidents after the device was...

My issue is that nowhere does it say these "Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 active" are Temporary devices, we can assume this, but I feel any AT&T rep can turn this in their favor, and just say those phones were not temporary devices, as it never stated they were.

Ya, there's no way Target wont carry the Note 7 after replacements come in, when they come in that's a whole different question.

I hope you understand despite what AT&T said once you return and purchase the S7, that's your phone and you'll only have 14days to swap it out before that S7 is your's. The S7 isnt a loan phone, and if your thinking about going from the recalled Note 7 to S7 and back to a new Note 7, unless they...

I can confirm, for a Temporary Fix without Resetting the phone, Go to the Google App (Not the Chrome App) and Disable and then Reable, Recent Apps come back. This confirms the issue is related to the Google and the July Update
