    Here's how I handled the update this morning... I'm running a stock ROM and am rooted (z4root) with all my bloatware iced up. The update took 2 minutes to run. These are the steps I used: 1. Unfreeze bloatware 2. Unroot (using z4root) 3. Apply update 4. Run z4root again to root (permanent)...
