I tried downloading the app, scanning, and re-starting, still then same :( I was hoping that app would do the trick!

I tried restarting the phone, and uninstalling the Instagram app but it was exactly the same afterward. The problem in in the instagram app, the gallery, and I can't attach a new picture to a text message I just found.

I just got the update in the end of January to my s7 and all of the new pictures look like gray boxes and it says "Unable to load file" when I try to add a photo to instagram. I tried uninstalling the Instagram app and re-installing it, to no avail. Same issue. Everything works fine on Facebook...

Got my update two days ago and it completely ruined the picture galleries on my s7 phone. It is driving me crazy! I have AT&T. Nothing is working like it should. What ever 'bug' is supposed to be fixed...it layed eggs with this lousy update!

I have an S7 and I was able to use it. However the selective focus icon ends up remaining in the finished picture which is kind of totally unusable.

I think they may have fixed that bug. I restored it to the factory app and it kept happening, then it aasked me if I wanted to update. Since it didn't help anyway, I figured why not. Then it stopped popping up!
