I know I do in this screenshot. I can select Outlook. And when I do it works. But every contact defaulted to 'device' after the transfer. Is there a way to select 'Outlook' without doing each contact individually for nearly 500 contacts? Thank you!

Yeah, that is correct. And we've tried to turn the sync off and resync as well and seems to have no change and not pull the correct like job and location info.

We are able to set the default storage to Outlook, but that is only going forward for adding new contacts and it doesn't change the 500 or so contacts already there with the data they have
