I forgot the password to my old phone. I think my only option is to erase the phone. If I do so, will the phone be a brick or usable again? I tried booting it from the power up menu, holding power and volume down (or up) but nothing happened. Thanks :) LGV10

When you slide down the Notification Bar (I forget the proper name for it) you have Settings Shortcuts like WiFi, GPS, Vibrate etc. I saw a video a few months ago that showed you how to edit those shortcuts and but I've forgotten how. How do I do that? Thanks heaps Sent from my GT-N7100 using...

Samsung Software will work if you use iOS5 or less. If its iOS6 you will need to do it with iSMS2droid. Google it and there will be many pages telling you how to do it. I believe the website faked is the best one

Im new to the Androis market. Ive just merged all my iphone sms to my Galaxy Note 2 using iSMS2droid. Is it now okay for me to uninstall both of the apps (SMS Backup & Restore aswell) ? Also am I better off using Clean Master to uninstall apps or using Application Manager? Thanka a lot.

I've been looking into it for the past hour and haven't found anything on the topic. There are a couple youtube videos but they are a joke (the "fakes" are actually in-store dummy's). I did read a news artical from a few days ago saying that the first fake S3 have starting showing up in China...
