What I do....Settings/Applications/Applications Manager. By clicking on any app you'll see under Storage the app size and where it's stored ...either internal or external. If it shows internal you can click on Storage which takes you to a new screen which might show an option to Change. If so...

Originally posted my problem (twice) as a guest but today I joined the group, so hello to all. Anyway if any member cares to search.....smart view.....you'll see my situation. TOASTERVAN has replied once so maybe he'll take another crack at it. Thanks in advance for any forthcoming help.
