The bottom line is that the camera application is terrible on this phone and may be the thing I dislike the most about it. How it cannot save your previous settings is beyond ridiculous.

The quality isn't too far off.

I took pics today as well and was disappointed as predicted.

"Any way to make the camera usable?" Simple answer: no. Nothing can help this sorry excuse of a camera. It is easily the worst camera I've ever used. It's too bad because enjoy the phone for the most part.

Complain to Motorola.

To be accurate, it's a Motorola / Droid issue. I didn't have this problem when I had a HTC device.

Not sure which part you didn't understand, but it is not a feature on the MAXX HD.

Saw one at the Verizon store on Friday, but it was for the HD not the MAXX.

I had the option on my EVO LTE which was running ICS. Must be a Droid thing.

I don't see an option to move apps to an SD card. What am I missing?

The circles widget is nice but with it not saving the settings it was kind of a pain. I use Handcent so the stock messaging notifications showing up in the clock icon was a waste of time. It just frustrated me every time I saw it do that so I eliminated the source of frustration. Problem...

Ahh. I didn't bother scrolling to the end because I had them in alphabetical order so when I didn't see "Amazon Kindle" (one of the apps that I disabled) near the top I didn't look any further. Thanks.
