I've ordered 2 Pixels and 2 Nexuses on launch day and there is always issues...I just think they don't know how to accurately anticipate demand so there's some that are ready to go right away and the rest they have to make up for which causes the delays.

I ordered the same set up from the Google Store right at launch and mine is arriving tomorrow.

Google Pay does support the use of boarding passes, but I'm not sure if you can easily transfer them from Apple Wallet. Best bet would be to screenshot them first so you have a backup that you can put on your android phone.

Depends what you're using them for and how much you dislike the build number being shown. I changed my icon shapes and theme colors and then turned dev options back off...it doesn't take away those changes.

Was specifically referring to your question about the removing the search bar. But while Nova may not support the native gesture functions, it has quite a few gesture options built-in already.

Have you tried enrolling in the Beta? https://www.google.com/android/beta I wasn't getting it just from the update button, enrolled in the beta and got it immediately. As long as you enroll once the stable release comes out, that's the version you get, and can unenroll without it reverting...

Settings/System/Advanced/Developer Options....there's a toggle at the top to turn them off.
