    How to use the WiFi Direct function?

    Have you figured it out yet? I have a razr maxx, too and your message got me curious. Turns out moto didn't design an app that makes use of the feature but there are a few on the Google Play Store that work great. I've used Wifi Shoot and SuperBeam successfully.
