I chose the sd card and charger. Ordered on September 5th ish. Don't remember the exact date but I think it was the 5th. Got my phone on the 25 th but got my freebies a week before that

I figured it out. I did some more searching and realized it was because I have medium battery mode selected. I guess they are disabled when that setting is on.

I've been having the same problem. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Don't know why. Sometimes one works but the other doesn't. Sometimes neither work, sometimes both work. It's very frustrating
